Workshop Overview
Training is a critical piece for the success of any organization. Managers
are required to provide training to their subordinates from time-to-time on a
wide variety of topics. Improved training skills and knowledge increases
the competency and productivity of these managers. By empowering
managers to provide training, organizations not only enhance theirexpertise in the subject area but also develop them into better managers.
This Train the Trainer program is designed to help non-training professionals or part-time trainers design, develop, and deliver a program that can be
more engaging than a traditional “I speak and you listen” training format.
This highly interactive three day training program will help the
participants become an effective presenter and facilitator.
