Top Gear
Top Gear is a high energy, fun filled, outdoor team building program, that aims to recharge participants, and enables them to manage stress to get the best out of their potential. In order to create cohesive and synergetic teams, participants are involved in action oriented games and simulations that help them explore various intricacies of leadership and teamwork. Interactive discussions and facilitated reviews allow the participants to learn new dimensions of interacting with each other, developing interpersonal relations and creating an ideal environment of teamwork which allows taking initiative, and independent decision making. Hence learning drawn during the program can be applied at workplace.
