TD seeks to enhance existing level of Talent in our social sector as well. We have a vision of: enhancing the skill set; competency of people working in these sectors at all levels; and ensuring sustainable development of communities involved. Capacity building and sustainable development efforts focus on strengthening the baseline skills through providing and enhancing livelihood. Keeping in view the different needs and self-generated demands of these sectors and in continuation of TD’s vision, we have designed and executed various skills up-gradation programs by our trainers for different social and public sector organizations.
